🕒 Return Period

We offer a 90-day return window for eligible products from the date of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All components, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included
  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

Returns will not be accepted if the item:

  • Has been used or opened
  • Is returned without original packaging or components
  • Is damaged or altered in any way

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that require controlled storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration)
  • Opened personal care items (e.g., creams, cosmetics)
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional gift items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to returning.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If an item was returned in used or incomplete condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued based on its resale value

🔁 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Customers located in the European Union may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all components
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
